If you have received a defect or damaged product and want to return it simply send it back (within 48 hours) in the original box with an explanation on how the damage occurred. Upon receipt of the damaged good we will ship replacements at no cost. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping cost of returned items.* Opened / used items are not accepted. In addition if you receive something that was not to your liking, or felt the product did not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase price on the following conditions. Items must be returned at your expense. Once the item is received we will refund your purchase price, minus original shipping cost, or portion of the shipping cost, minus a 10% restocking fee. Opened and used items are not accepted. This policy is only good for 20 days from the order date. Therefore, once opened, these items must be discarded, representing a significant cost to us and an imposition to other customers, as many of our products are imported and in limited supply as a result.
